We accept select insurance plans (see below). Please contact your insurer to confirm that your plan covers ABA services (ask if they cover CPT code 97151). Also, confirm your deductible, copay, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, etc. to ensure that you are made aware of the costs that are your responsibility. If you have questions, please contact us and we can assist you with this process. 

For families with plans that are not listed, we may be able to work with your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. We will also provide you with a billing statement that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy

• New patients: NYBAPS has a 48-hour cancellation policy for all first-time appointments. It is also our policy that $100.00 deposit be made (credited toward your bill) when reserving an appointment for the initial evaluation. If less than 48 hours notice is provided when cancelling or rescheduling the reserved appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Existing patients: For our existing clients, we require a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 charge. Thank you for your cooperation. ​
