ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)We are looking for an ABA therapist (“line therapist” or “aide”) to implement 1:1 programs to children in their homes, schools, or in our clinic. The therapist may also serve as instructional shadows in school settings. You must enjoy working with children and be comfortable interacting with culturally and linguistically diverse families. Qualified candidates should have a prior experience working with children with ASD and have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a closely related field. Completion of a 40-hour self-paced RBT training, provided by NYBAPS, is required prior to the therapist’s assignment to a case. Preference will be given to applicants who possess BCaBA certification, are interested in pursuing graduate degrees, and have regular schedules of availability for cases. For this position, you must be available a minimum of 4 days a week, even if only for 3-4 hours per day. You must also have a reliable means of transportation. Absolutely no past (or future!) criminal history or drug use. Must pass TB test and background check. We are looking for full-time, part-time, and independent contractors. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
We are looking for New York State licensed clinical psychologists who are also experts in applied behavior analysis with extensive clinical experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. The psychologist will conduct diagnostic and psychoeducational evaluations and provide evidence-based interventions. Must be fluent in standardized assessments. Neuropsychology experience a plus. Part-time and hourly wage is commensurate with experience.

Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral FellowshipNYBAPS offers clinical training experiences at the doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship levels. Areas of focus include applied behavior analysis, developmental disabilities, behavioral pediatrics, as well as standardized assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Training occurs through supervised experiences in outpatient, in-home, and public and private schools throughout New York City. Application is accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Stipend is competitive and comparable to the APPIC/NIH levels.
